Emily Osment has been spending some time touring and doing promotion for her new album in Europe recently.

My good friend Matthias (webmaster of SaveDisneyShows.de) was actually able to see her preform “Let’s Be Friends” at The Dome 55 in Hannover.
And here’s another video of Emily from ZDF-Fernsehgarten. I think that’s the name of the city.
